[DW] THE BROKEN CHART (March 2016)

I tried doing something new with the chart and it failed, the fixed chart will be up late but it'll be up.

What I did here was try to separate the Fast Soul group and Dimension Wars group, through this, I quickly lost track of what was posted into Fast Soul and what was in Dimension Wars, what characters belong where, and what counted as points toward them (due to Fast Soul posting things Dimension Wars has had for awhile.) and it was just a mess, so I'll be going back to the old way of doing things, and Fast Soul won't count towards character points, sorry guys.
